EspEng Language Solutions is NOT a company, but a website managed by language professionals who offer their services worldwide. We are responsible freelancers based in Spain. For more details, check out our About page.
How can I hire your services?
Easy! To book your online Spanish lessons, pick a date for your FREE exploration session here. To hire our language services, submit the form here.
Do you do Certified Translations?
No. We do not provide certified translations. What we offer is reliable, precise ES↔EN translations.
Will I get a Spanish language certificate?
No. Our goal is to help you learn/improve your Spanish skills, based on our experience and knowledge.
Do your rates include taxes?
Yes. Applicable taxes (if any) are included in our rates, and they will be detailed on your invoice.
What is your refund policy?
You will have 48 hours to request a refund for unsatisfactory translations or editing (provided proper justification), starting from the moment in which we deliver our work. As for the Spanish lessons, there is no refund policy. You will have the chance to agree to our rates and methodology during your FREE exploration session. However, we may consider a refund under reasonable circumstances.
What about my data?
We do not share data with any external agent. Your data is safe with us. Any information requested by us concerns our internal operations, accounting, and the improvement of our services.
